Questions

Is it really free?

Yes: the Start plan is 0 GEL up to 50 orders a month, including table ordering by QR and tips. The menu shows a small “made with Shekveta” line. Unlimited orders, your own domain and the AI picker are on Business, 49 GEL a month, first 30 days free.

Do I need my own website?

No. Your menu lives at an address like your-name.shekveta.com — put the same link in your Instagram bio and on packaging.

How do guests pay?

As now: to the waiter or the courier. Card payment on the site is on the Pro plan, with the money going to your Bank of Georgia account.

How is this better than a picture menu behind a QR?

The QR opens a menu guests can order from, not a PDF: the order goes straight to the kitchen, the waiter sees the table, and the guest can call the waiter or ask for the bill.

How long does it take to launch?

About 10 minutes if your menu is in Excel or text. If not, send us a photo of the menu and we will move it for you.
